Description

We are looking for an Office & Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office and support the team in managing space projects. If you have organizational skills, like to communicate, and want to work in a dynamic, high-tech company environment, join us!

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational tasks for the team and management
  • Coordinate projects, track deadlines and communicate with partners
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports and presentations
  • Support processes related to finance, invoicing and delivery
  • Organize meetings, business trips and corporate events
  • Manage office supplies and ensure an efficient working environment
  • Communicate with suppliers, authorities and other external partners

Qualification

  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Independence, reliability and problem solving skills
  • Fluent communication in Slovak and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Experience in administrative and project coordination is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Linux environments is an advantage
  • Interest in technology and innovative projects is an advantage
